What is a Pre-Clean?
Our Pre-Clean service in Calgary is the first stage of our post-construction cleaning process. It is the most intensive clean designed to get your project clean and ready for inspections, and last minute trade work + deficiencies. We remove floor and plastic protection, clear heavy dust and debris from all surfaces (including inside and behind cabinets), removal of heavy paint, construction adhesive and do a first pass on floors. This makes the space feels clean, controlled and workable. We’re preparing the site for the next steps and keeping your timeline on track across Calgary, Alberta. Its purpose is a full reset, and completely changes the feel and overall stage progress of the project.

Rough Clean
typically after drywall sanding and before finishes are installed—when there’s still subfloor and heavy construction activity. The goal is to remove heavy dust, loose debris, and large garbage so the space is safer, cleaner, and easier for trades to keep working efficiently. This phase is more about dust control and site reset than presentation or polish.

Pre Clean
Includes removing floor and plastic protection, wipe down of window frames and tracks, clearing heavy dust and debris, cleaning inside and behind cabinets, paint/adhesive removal, and floor reset. It is the most comprehensive clean designed to make the space shine. All surfaces are touched and left ready for inspections and deficiency work.

Final Clean
detailed stage that makes the project look complete and client-ready. Focuses on removal of settled dust, complete interior window cleaning, fine detailing, polishing and wipe-down of all vertical and horizontal surfaces, and full floor reset. This is the last clean before client handover, and ensures every corner of the property is clean and move in ready.
