COMMERCIAL CLEANING

Our standard final clean includes dust removal (top to bottom), cleaning of all surfaces (walls, floors, doors, trim, cabinets), interior window cleaning, bathroom and kitchen sanitization, and light debris removal. We ensure the space is move-in or turnover ready.

Yes. We offer 3-phase cleaning:

• Rough Clean: Removes major debris, dust, and construction waste during early phases.

• Final Clean: Deep clean after construction is complete, before handover.

• Touch-Up Clean: Quick follow-up before inspections or move-in to remove settled dust or fingerprints.

Pricing is based on square footage, level of construction dust/debris, number of units, and cleaning phase. We provide custom quotes after reviewing the scope. Minimum charges or Hourly rates may apply for smaller jobs.

Yes. Broomie Cleaning Services is fully insured, and we are in good standing with WCB Alberta. We can provide proof of coverage and clearance upon request.

Do you work weekends or after hours?

Absolutely. We understand construction schedules vary, and we’re flexible to work evenings or weekends to help you meet your deadlines.

We follow detailed cleaning checklists, provide photo documentation if needed, and perform internal quality checks after each clean. For multi-unit jobs, we assign a team lead for consistency across all units.

At Broomie Cleaning Services, we understand that plans can change. To ensure smooth scheduling for all clients and our cleaning professionals, please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below:

RESCHDULING (Varies on project + contract agreement)

• You may reschedule your cleaning appointment up to 48 hours in advance without any fees.

• Rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a $25 rescheduling fee to accommodate scheduling adjustments.

CANCELLATIONS

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning will not incur any fees.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking price.

• Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the booking cost as we have scheduled our time to meet you needs and requirements.

REFUNDS

• If a cleaning must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will provide a full refund or offer a reschedule at no extra charge.
