Construction Dust Removal Process
We follow a strict dust removal process for each room to ensure your project is ready for turnover
1. Remove Debris + Dry Dust:
We First remove all lose construction debris from the site. This includes all floor protection, painters tape (if required), any plastic coverings from counters, light fixtures and appliances.
5. Detail Finishing Touches
Final detailing of the room, spot cleaning any areas that need more work, and final polish of hardware and fixtures to ensure a clean finished look.
4. Final Floor Reset
Once all surfaces have been touched, we finish with the floor. Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping multiple rounds until the floors are pristine and completely cleared of dust.
2. Detailed Vacuum
We do our first Vacuum round after dry dusting every surface to pick up all the loose debris. We make sure to get every edge + surface, inside and behind cabinet drawers to ensure a spotless finish
3. Damp Wiping
Once all loose dust has been picked up, we go through the space one more time and do a damp wipe. Any tough dirt spots are removed using special tools such as steam pressure cleaners to ensure everything is completely removed and cleaned.

Turnaround Time
Our Turnaround time for projects is dependent on site condition and size. On average we can get a unit done between 24 and 48 hours.
Evening/Weekend Availability
We operate 7 days a week and are available to work weekend shifts if needed in order to meet your schedules and deadlines.
Emergency Cleans
We do offer Emergency Cleaning and added rates will be applied depending on the scope and how soon it needs to be done.
Please Note: We will always be upfront and communicate with you about our capacity. In the case of an emergency, we will never commit unless we know for certain we can show up to get the job done whtin the requested time frame.
